Minister of Labor announced 100 certifications of female employees of Cerro Dominador

Nicolas Monckeberg, Chile’s Minister of Labor, visited the CSP Plant, accompanied by Alvaro Le Blanc, Regional Secretary of Labor, and Congresswoman Paulina Nuñez.

25% of all workers in the heliostat assembly bay and solar farm are female. Minister Monckeberg acknowledged the efforts of the company and its contractors to hire local females for the construction operations, traditionally a man’s job.
